Notes from the desk

The desk got wider. The standard did not change.

At the start of this year Quadoria Sanctum LLC expanded the way the Jacksonville desk takes work. More affiliates were asking for help with traffic, not just a one-time media plan. Dariel Cuevas Mendoza took on a wider assistant-manager brief so the owner was not the only person who could say yes or no to a new offer. Lena Okonkwo, James Whitaker, and Sofia Reyes now cover paid traffic, operations, and affiliate partnerships as named seats rather than shared overflow.

We are not working with artificial intelligence as a product, and we are not becoming an AI company. Accounts are not handed to a model. The networks already have their own automation inside the buying tools. Our job is still a person reading the offer, the rules, and the report, then deciding what to change. If a vendor pitches us an “AI media buyer,” that pitch does not become the firm.

Across client campaigns to date, the company reports that its work has been part of bringing in over 40 million leads. That figure is a historical, aggregated company total. It mixes industries, years, and definitions of a lead. It is not a run rate, it is not a promise to the next account, and it should not be read as 40 million leads for any one advertiser. New work is scoped case by case. Success is not guaranteed.

The other change, and the one we want on the record, is native advertising. As of the beginning of 2026, Quadoria Sanctum is in the native market. We are buying and advising there. We are also new at it relative to the rest of our channel work. Limited experience is the honest description. We will not dress a first-year practice up as a long specialty, and we will not tell a partner that a native placement is assured. Platform review still decides what runs.

If you want a conversation about an offer, write the office. Bring the landing page, the tracking, and the rules you already have to follow. We would rather decline a poor fit in the first call than discover it after the spend.
